Shipping delicate chocolates is no easy task. Here's what you need to know:

• We ship orders from Asheville, NC
• Orders are processed within 1-2 business days, or sometimes same day. This means there is little to no time to edit orders so PLEASE ensure everything is correct before placing your order.
• It the warmer months (May - September) we usually only ship orders Monday - Wednesday to reduce melting.
• May - September our cold protection is included in our flat rate shipping, so you do not need to add it.
• Orders over $45 get FREE shipping.
